We just finished hosting out first " Grandparents Camp". We decided when our grandkids turned "8" , we would have them come and spend some alone time with us. We have almost 11 grandkids now and our 2 oldest are 8.

Halloween at Suzie's House
I am a little out of control with Halloween. It is one of my favorite holidays. I took some shots of my decor. It was too much trouble to drag out all my darling serving pieces.....I have some of the cutest dishes. You can see the table but you will have to come over for dinner if you want to see the rest. It was a feat with my bad knee. I got a cortisone shot yesterday for the first time and it helped for a few hours. I probably over did it for sure. But it looks festive in here and it is fun for me. I forgot to take pictures of the powder bath...maybe I will add them later.

My Trip to Utah
It was a last minute plan. The Richmond Chapter of the BYU Management Society asked me to represent the chapter of the Annual BYUMS Conference in Provo, Utah. I am the programs chairmen currently. It was actually held up ay Aspen Grove the first day and at BYU the second. I took my friend Beth Dillenbeck as my guest. It was a great conference.....learned alot and met alot of great people. I came home with a 2 inch binder of information and my head swimming with ideas. Driving up the canyon was beautiful seeing the leaves change and snow on the mountain tops. It doesn't rival Virginia in the fall......but beautiful nonetheless.
